Erik Frye is licensed to practice in Maryland. Specializing in automobile accident claims, slip-and-fall cases, worker's compensation claims, and other matters of civil law, he has over fifteen years experience getting results and treating his clients with courtesy and respect.

Erik Frye graduated from Cornell University in 1988 and continued immediately at American University, Washington College of Law, where he graduated in 1992. During his first year of law school, Mr. Frye took a summer job at a local law firm in Prince George's county, which exclusively practiced personal injury cases. Mr. Frye enjoyed working with the victims of these accidents, taking a full-time position at the firm. He spent the next three years attending law school part time while concurrently directly employed in the field.

Mr. Frye was admitted to the Maryland bar on December 15, 1992, and tried his first trial the very next week. In May 1993, Mr. Frye opened his own firm devoted to representing people injured in accidents. Mr. Frye is an experienced trial attorney and averages 50 trials or more per year.

He has over fifteen years experience getting results and treating his clients with courtesy and respect.

Erik Frye is supported by a veteran staff of highly trained paraprofessionals, many of whom he had worked with prior to becoming an attorney.

Lisa Santiago has provided legal secretarial support to Mr. Frye for over eleven years with efficiency, proficiency, and flair. From scheduling to litigation preparation and filing, her diligence and experience ensures the team runs smoothly.

Marion King, the firm's office manager and experienced paralegal, actually hired Mr. Frye as a first-year law student in 1989. He was extremely pleased to add her to his staff in 2007. Mrs. King has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. She has previous experience working with the police department.

Known for her keen mind as well as her sense of humor, Ann Fitzgerald is an excellent addition to this team. As legal assistant, her ability to perform with speed and accuracy is well respected. She began in this field in 1999, initially working with Mr. Frye, and recently returned to the firm.

Everyone is comfortable around Susan Chatel, our legal assistant known for her friendly demeanor and her ability to get things done. Dependable and steady, she greets our clients with a warm manner and a friendly smile. Behind the scenes, she is efficient and provides invaluable assistance to the team. Ms. Chatel has been with our firm for over four years.

Ken McHargue conducts investigations, interviews witnesses, interviews potential clients, and performs detailed follow-up investigative tasks on behalf of the firm and our clients. Mr. McHargue has over 20 years of experience in this capacity, and brings a warm humor and charm to our office.
